Exhibitor Services Representative

Posted 1.9.25 - Chrōm Expo Services is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Exhibitor Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to exhibitors before, during, and after the event. The successful candidate will serve as the quality management coordinator for exhibitor orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure successful delivery on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests via phone, email, web chat, and onsite during events

  • Process orders and research show information in Netsuite and other systems

  • Provide expert support for all customer needs, which include products and services, billing questions, technical issues, and event-related requests

  • Ensure accurate production and order information in the system

  • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure successful delivery of complex customer needs

  • Quote prices and credit terms in compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Analyze accounts for proper billing procedures and take necessary action to bill/resolve as necessary

  • Serve as the quality management coordinator for exhibitor orders

  • Proactively identify, research, and resolve customer order discrepancies using various methods

  • Fill-in for Exhibitor Support team as needed by handling inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and leads and maintain the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service

  • Manage Exhibitor Services contact channels

  • Travel to show sites and provide on-site exhibitor services

  • Identify opportunities to sell Chrom Expo products and services to exhibiting organizations

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of customer service experience

  • Strong computer knowledge, with preferred but not required proficiency in Netsuite/Convention Suite. Use of Google, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams also required.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn internal systems (exhibitor portal, graphics system, order system, etc.)

  • Experience working independently and participating as a team player to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Must be detail-oriented, possessing exceptional organizational skills

  • Confident, assertive, flexible, and required to work well under pressure in a time-critical environment

  • Maintain a positive "can-do" attitude

This part-time job opportunity has the potential to become a full-time position with the following benefits: 100% company-paid Health, Dental and vision benefits through BlueCross BlueShield and Delta Dental. Eligible after 90 days of full-time employment and 401K with 100% company match up to 4%; eligible after 1 year of full-time employment, with added opportunity for profit sharing.  Trade Show Worker

Posted 1.9.25 -Chrōm Expo Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Show Worker with a Class D license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and truck driving, ensuring the efficient handling, transportation, and delivery of equipment and materials for events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Truck Operations

  • Drive Class D-rated trucks to deliver and pick up equipment and materials for assigned shows.

  • Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on trucks to ensure safety and functionality.

Loading and Unloading

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of show-site equipment and materials.

  • Ensure accurate handling, packing, and organization of materials for transport.

Event and Department Support:

  • Support the Carpet and/or Furniture Departments as needed.

  • Assist in the installation of Graphics, Exhibits, and Materials as required.

  • Participate in receiving and delivering show freight.

Operational Excellence

  • Apply personal knowledge and experience in truck operation and warehouse processes to complete job functions effectively.

  • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Travel and Availability

  • Be available for travel and overnight stays as required for event support.

  • Work weekends and extended hours as necessary to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class D license with a medical card.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and truck driving.

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

  • Forklift certification is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Warehouse, show-site, and outdoor environments.

  • Flexible hours with potential for overtime and weekend work.
